*Mineralogist is an expert in mines, gems, rocks and others.
Alex Cronstedt discovered nickel in 1751 while he was mining, he describe this element as kupfernickel. Because it shares a similar appearance to cooper or kupfer.Beside discovering this element, he was also known for good knowledge as a Swedish chemist.

Alloys:
-Approximately, about 80% nickel was made to alloys for purpose such as steel, magnet, electrical things or strength.
Batteries:
-Nickel was use to charge batteries, to power mobile phones, calculators, radio and clocks.
-Nickel are use in many things for good and maybe bad uses.
VI. Health Facts
-Nickel can be good for environment but sometimes bad for people.
-Smoking Cigarettes:
People who smoke cigarettes, they receive nickel through their lungs. Apparently, it won't be harmful if they don't smoke much but too much smoking will lead them to some serious health problems.
-"Nickel Itch":
A symptoms that occur few days before skin eruption or being hurt. This "nickel itch" may be harmful and can hurt your skin very much.
-Eating & Drinking:
Nickel can also be found in foods and drink. Food such as chocolate, vegetables and nickel be exposed by drinking water.
-Yet I'm not sure if people considered nickel as toxic but it really base in situation. In my opinion, if talking about science then I don't think is toxic, but still you better be careful (example, don't smoke)
